All i have to do with arm rigging should be IK/FK seamless switching, and
I would leave the bendy limb with the skinning process and make use of deformer.
Victor Vinyals had post his great rigging in the CGTALK forum,very impressive . He mentioned that he had used single chain joint for IK/FK switching. I tried to use single chain instead of using 3 chain.
The single chain IK/FK switching run smoothly, but no idea in the stretchy limb setup, I had asked this question in CGTALK forum and jonhandhisdog forum , eventually the answer is
"Solun, the rig hasn't squash&stretch on FK limbs, so when you switch tfrom IK the scaling is returning to 1 while maintaining the rotations of the controls."
